"Called for clarification and inside help due to being given the run around for over a month regarding a purchased policy with another location and agent seemed very defensive that I just wanted to validate the legitimacy of what I was being told and what the process is to basically get peace of mind regarding the other location I purchased through as I was getting run around information and receiving notices about my husbands license about to be suspended.
